Consultation

I offer free 15 minute consultations. Consultation calls offer the opportunity to see if you think we will be a good fit.

After the initial consultation, the first session involves a longer intake which will include a thorough history as well as a plan for treatment goals.

Active Phase Therapy

Our Process

Intake

During these sessions we will work toward treatment goals. During this phase you will learn skills, education about your diagnosis and coping tools.

Once you are ready to end therapy we will taper down frequency of sessions and discuss plans to end therapy. We can periodically check in for “booster” sessions to ensure continued progress toward goals.
